Setting the Network Port

e main Network Menu has a section for changing the soware port. e default network port is set to 7301

and should not be changed except by network administrator. If you change the default port you must enter

the new port number in the network client soware as well. Please see appendix for ports used by the system.

Network soware port

Network (Event Notication)

Event Notication transmits information (motion detection, etc) to the registered IP address (of the compu-

ter running the remote soware) when an event occurs. e system allows for you to send this information

to 10 dierent remote systems. Click the use box then enter the static IP address of the computer running the

remote soware (for example 192.168.1.8) in the target address box.

Save the changes by clicking OK button.

Network (Bandwidth Limit)

e system allows the user to adjust the network transmission speed based on network bandwidth.
